Parker, a provider of drive and control technologies, today announces the introduction of the SensoControl Converter Box, a powerful addition to the Parker Service Master Connect platform, specifically designed to enhance hydraulic measurements. This innovative device optimizes the integration of various hydraulic sensor technologies and provides users with improved monitoring capabilities and simplified configuration processes.

"The SensoControl Converter Box is a real game changer for our Parker Service Master Connect users in the hydraulic sector," says Konstantin Reichtner, Product Manager – SensoControl, High Pressure Connectors Division Europe. "It simplifies the integration of various hydraulic sensor technologies and makes monitoring systems more efficient and user-friendly."

The Parker Service Master Connect is a comprehensive measuring device that allows real-time monitoring and analysis of hydraulic system performance. It supports a variety of hydraulic sensor inputs and provides valuable insights into operational efficiency as well as pressure levels, flow rates, and fluid conditions. This feature helps users quickly diagnose issues and optimize their hydraulic systems. Users can make informed decisions that enhance productivity and reduce downtime, thanks to the intuitive user interface and robust data management capabilities of the Parker Service Master Connect.

The SensoControl Converter Box serves as an extension of the Parker Service Master Connect. It connects via plug-and-play to the CAN input, allowing users to increase the number of external sensors with current/voltage output as well as digital inputs. The Parker Service Master Connect can process up to four Converter Boxes simultaneously, enabling the connection of up to 20 external current/voltage sensors or switching of up to 34 digital IN/OUT inputs. This scalability enhances monitoring and control capabilities for complex hydraulic systems.

The SensoControl Converter Box is available in three versions: AUX-I, AUX-U, and AUX-DI, each tailored to different signal types and ensuring flexibility for all hydraulic measurements. The first version includes AUX-I for 4 external sensors with a scalable output signal between -20 mA and +20 mA. The second version includes AUX-U for 4 external sensors with a scalable output signal between -30 V and +30 V. And the third version includes AUX-DI for 8 digital IN channels to control switching states at 3.3 V.

The SensoControl Converter Box is ideal for monitoring complex hydraulic systems and applications that use different sensor technologies, providing an enhanced ability to manage and interpret data from various hydraulic sources when used with the Parker Service Master Connect. Configuration is a breeze, as the input settings are stored between the Converter Box and the Parker Service Master Connect. Thanks to the intuitive device menu, users can quickly configure all input signals, significantly reducing setup time and increasing operational efficiency.

Parker continuously develops and expands its solution portfolio to meet the changing needs of its customers. The SensoControl Converter Box represents this commitment by offering enhanced functionality, safety, and user-friendliness for hydraulic measurements.
