New double unit ABKAG: compact power for maximum productivity
The new double unit ABKAG combines two individual units in a compact system. Equipped with only one tank and one central control block, it reduces the need for valves, pipes, and accessories.
The ready-to-connect unit significantly reduces installation effort for machine manufacturers. Due to its compact design, the double unit also fits into bending machines with limited installation space.
Thanks to the intelligent power-on-demand approach, realized through high-performance MS2N servo motors and proven A10FZG axial piston pumps, energy is provided as needed. This reduces energy consumption and contributes to lowering operating costs.
Expanded individual unit ABKAG: more power and flexibility
The proven individual unit ABKAG is complemented by a larger power class and is now also available with control blocks of nominal size NG16. The universally applicable solution can be flexibly placed on the left or right side of the machine, reducing variety and simplifying inventory management and spare parts management for machine manufacturers (OEMs). Here too, the power-on-demand approach increases energy efficiency.
Function-integrated cylinder block: another step towards more efficiency
In addition to pump-controlled solutions, Bosch Rexroth is also optimizing the portfolio for valve-controlled bending machines. The new function-integrated cylinder block is mounted directly on the cylinder. The solution reduces material usage, minimizes pressure losses in the system, and allows for even better control of the bending process due to its proximity to the actuator.
With these innovations, Bosch Rexroth offers machine manufacturers and end users real added value: they benefit from increased performance and reduced operating costs.
