KNOLL Maschinenbau GmbH is expanding its management, thus taking another important step in its long-term corporate development. As of September 1, 2026, Philipp Bock will join the management of the family-owned company in Bad Saulgau. He will initially take over responsibility for sales and marketing. At a later date, his area of responsibility will be expanded to include service.
With the expansion of the management, KNOLL aims to continue the successful development of the company in the long term, ensure continuity, and at the same time set new impulses for the future. The appointment of Philipp Bock is also another building block in the long-planned and orderly corporate succession.
The areas of responsibility assigned to Mr. Bock play a central role in market positioning, the care of international customers, and the sustainable further development of KNOLL's service portfolio. By bundling these market-oriented functions under clear responsibility, decision-making paths are to be further shortened, interfaces optimized, and customer orientation consistently strengthened.
Philipp Bock holds a Bachelor of Engineering with a focus on International Technical Sales, a Master of Engineering in Product Development and Manufacturing, and an MBA in International Management. In addition, he brings many years of experience in leadership positions at renowned companies in the cutting industry. His extensive market and customer knowledge, along with his combination of technical expertise and business acumen, form a valuable foundation for his new role at KNOLL.
"With Philipp Bock, we gain a leadership personality who fits excellently with KNOLL both professionally and personally," says Managing Director Matthias Knoll. "His experience and customer orientation will provide important impulses for the further development of our company. Together, we want to continue the success story of KNOLL and further expand our market position."
For customers and business partners, the expansion of the management means a further strengthening of the sales and market-oriented corporate areas. KNOLL thus emphasizes its claim to continue being a reliable partner in the future and to support its customers worldwide with innovative solutions and a high service commitment.
As an internationally active family business, KNOLL employs more than 1,000 employees worldwide. The company develops and produces conveying and filtration systems as well as pumps for metal processing and also realizes solutions for demanding automation and digitization tasks in production.
