"With the new Zubora products, we provide machinists exactly what matters today: stable processes, long tool life, and all at an attractive price-performance ratio," explains Thorsten Wechmann, Strategic Business Unit Manager at Zeller+Gmelin. "The products are ideally suited for flexible use in manufacturing environments where different materials are processed – for example, in contract manufacturing."

Adaptable to changing requirements in machining

In the laboratory of Zeller+Gmelin, the performance of new coolants such as Zubora 35 H Ultra and Zubora 35 M Ultra is thoroughly tested. The boron- and formaldehyde-free formulations meet the highest requirements for stability and material compatibility - as confirmed by the current customer documentation from the machine manufacturer GROB. The two new Zubora cooling lubricants are designed for different water qualities.
optimized
1. Zubora 35 H Ultra was designed for hard water.
2. Zubora 35 M Ultra is particularly suitable for soft to medium-hard water.
Both coolant lubricant variants cover a wide range of applications – from the
Machining of cast and high-strength steels up to more demanding applications.
