Energy chain for sliding applications
igus presented its new energy chain named glide-chain at the Hannover Messe. It is specifically designed for sliding applications and is suitable for travel distances of up to 30 meters, as found in hall cranes, for example. Its slim design ensures cost savings of 30 to 40 percent.
