The Proalpha Group, one of the leading providers of ERP and business applications for medium-sized companies, appoints Jochen Moll as the new managing director of the group company Atoria, which specializes in forward-looking Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Jochen Moll has over 30 years of experience in the software industry, more than half of which has been in management positions. In his new role, he reports directly to Christoph Kull, President of Business Applications at Proalpha Group.
Moll transitions from 1WorldSync to the Proalpha Group after significantly contributing to the company's establishment as a market leader in Europe since 2020 while serving as managing director at 1WorldSync. Previously, he worked as Chief Digital Officer (CDO) on the board of Sonepar Group S.A.S., where he was responsible for developing the group's digital strategy, its implementation, and building the digital organization. Another station in his professional career was the position of CEO at Intershop Communications AG, where he was responsible for realigning the product portfolio, including the introduction of modular, cloud-capable products for B2C and B2B customers, thus successfully repositioning the company in the market.

In particular, medium-sized customers from all industries benefit from a comprehensive HCM platform, including seamless integration into Proalpha's ERP software, thanks to the consolidation under one roof.
