To make Germany's foundry industry competitive, the Federal Association of the German Foundry Industry e.V. - BDGuss - has recently formulated several measures, such as reducing energy costs, conserving resources, and reforming environmental legislation. Furthermore, the industry is committed to climate neutrality. The interdisciplinary Congress for High-Performance Cast Components 'InCeight Casting C8' can contribute to this. From March 5 to 6, 2025, professionals and decision-makers from the foundry sector will come together to exchange ideas on design and product development, operational strength, non-destructive component testing, foundry technology, and simulation - with the goal of producing high-performance and sustainable components to remain competitive.
